Poor man’s bouquet

You don’t always need an expensive bouquet—thank goodness. Look down at the pavement and there’s gold glinting between the cracks. In this painting, I love the dialogue between beginnings and endings: a fresh dandelion bloom facing the dandelion clock in its final breaths, waiting for the wind to scatter it. They’re so iconic.

Your thoughts as always are appreciated
