Continuing my ‘balmy summer evening’ series. Here is my latest painting featuring the Red Willow in Macclesfield. Yet again, another twilight image. The photo hasn’t really picked out some of the more subtle tones in this piece. But even so, I think it captures the atmosphere of a summers evening in Macc. Could not resist the awning and twinkly lights.
