There is ‘still life’ in my studio

I thought I’d have a break from painting people and set up a still life in my studio. With a little help from a few charity shop purchases I thought it would be great to set up a breakfast scene in front of my studio. Sometimes it’s great to see a painting with a narrative it can set a great atmosphere. It got me thinking about maybe doing a few more themed paintings. Maybe a French cafe theme will be next. Anyway I really enjoyed doing this. I hope you agree.
