Self Portrait – March 2017

I submitted this self portrait for the Sky Arts competition. Alas it was rejected… but apart from this I enjoyed painting it! I learn’t a great deal from the process! It lacks emotion and is sterile in it’s delivery but sometimes you learn from trying to impress. i.e. you try too hard!
